Which level should I choose?

We follow the CEFR: A1 (beginner), A2 (elementary), B1 (intermediate), B2 (upper-intermediate). Each product shows its level. When in doubt, start one level below where you think you are.

Do I need any special software?

No. Any free PDF reader works, and most phones and computers open PDFs automatically.
