All MediLearn products are digital downloads (PDF). Please read this before purchasing.

Your guide is delivered immediately after payment via a download link on the confirmation page and by email.

Refunds

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded. However, your satisfaction matters to us:

• If you experience a technical problem downloading or opening your file, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or resend the file.
• If you were charged twice, or bought the wrong item by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet, contact us for a full refund.
