Before booking

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Booking: message me on WhatsApp or through the contact page, and we'll agree on a day and time based on my availability. Once confirmed, you'll receive the Google Meet link.

  • Free cancellation and rescheduling: You can cancel or change your class up to 12 hours before the reserved time, free of charge.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows: With less than 12 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the class is considered delivered and does not entitle you to a refund or make-up.
  • Punctuality: The class ends at the scheduled time even if the student connects late. If I am the one unable to teach it, it will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
  • Trial class: Subject to the same cancellation conditions (12 hours).
  • Vouchers and packs: Valid for 3 months from purchase; personal and non-transferable.
  • Minors: Bookings must be made by a responsible adult, who accepts these conditions.

How do I book my class?

Can I cancel or change a class?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 12 hours beforehand. With less than 12 hours' notice or if you don't show up, the class is considered taken.

What levels do you teach?

All CEFR levels, from A1 to C2, with classes adapted to your level and goals.

Do you offer a trial class?

Yes, there is a reduced-price trial class for us to get to know each other, assess your level, and plan your goals.

Are the classes online or in person?

1:1 classes are online via Google Meet. We also offer in-person tutoring in Jávea for Early Childhood and Primary education with Eva.

Are you preparing for the official DELE exam?

Yes, 1:1 DELE preparation (A1–C2) with mock exams and personalized feedback: individual classes, oral or written modules, or complete preparation.
